and in nyc where there wasn’t large-scale demo and we even had land acquisition and new public housing construction through the 80s and 90s, we built 2- and 3-story townhouses on now extremely scarce public land…🫠

It is valid. Build social Wohnbau developments instead, encourage ownership, and enforce rules . . . or keep on with endless cycle of American uselessness

Never heard of that one. I've heard some people saying that by putting public housing under private management it would be akin to the MTA.
